Service Dog Registration for Buster

Buster is a service dog for both Rhys and his mom Lurleen. Busters presence helps both to handle issues of anxiety, severe PTSD/CPTSD and anaphylaxis. Rhys has had Traumatic Brain Injuries in the past. Buster must be with Rhys and Lurleen at all times and is currently been trained to know all their specific needs and the signs that he is needed by his handlers. Buster is taking over the reins from their prior Service Dog of six years Storm who sadly passed away in July 2023.

Buster is trained using unique hand signals that only his handlers know but in general, he will just sense that something is wrong with Rhys and or Lurleen and immediately intervene as per his ongoing training. Its imperative that when Lurleen in particular is undertaking any journey, especially one she is unfamiliar with that Buster is with her at all times to ease her anxiety and the psychological distress this would cause her as he is always at her side and this helps to ease the stress and her fears of daily life. Buster is Lurleens constant companion but since Rhys is always with his mom Buster acts as his Service Dog too.
