Service Dog Registration for Ebon

Ebon has a distinguishing birthmark on his tongue.  On the top right side of his tongue mid way back are 3 tictac shaped black spots that sit side by side about a 1/4” apart.  They are not all the same size.

He is currently about 90 lbs with 10 more lbs to lose before our Vet thinks he will be at his prime weight of 80 lbs.

Ebon has food allergies that cause him problems with his skin.  He is allergic to: eggs, poultry, potatoes both regular and sweet, venison.  He is fed Sundays for Dogs Beef flavor and likes apples, well cooked broccoli.  Loud abrupt noises frighten Ebon.  He is a very handsome and sweet dog and I thank God for his presence in my life every day.
