My ID & Documents Do Not Appear In My Dashboard.

If you have access to your dashboard and (no orders are pending or there is no registration showing) the reason your ID and documents do not appear is you did not complete the initial process or possibly there could be a technical error., All users must complete the initial order process by creating your ID card. A common issue is you have signed up before but never finished the process and something in our form has changed in the mean time.  This means that our support staff will need to get involved. Please do not keep trying or duplicate charges will appear.

Can I register a dog for a friend using my account?

  • We suggest logging out and going through the same process again and creating a separate account for the person. If you want to simply make another id card for a family member change the default information in your profile . I Do Not See Any Orders?

The reason you do not see any orders under your orders tab is because you do not have any orders. The most common reason is you did not finish any order. You must make an ID card. (initial activation is not an order)

If you have paid for an order but do not see it you may need support.

Why Do I Not See My ID Card Or Documents

In order to have your ID card or the letter of registration show up in your dashboard you first need to create your Digital ID card.  If you created one and it is not showing you may need support.

My Photo Will Not Upload

If your are having issues adding a photo to a card try resizing the photo and try again.  The system is not designed to upload more that a reasonable size photo.

Do I Get A Physical ID Card?

Your initial signup requires digital  ID card. One will be on the way if you purchase one when place your first order order or if you need to place an order for physical products Click Here To Enter Our Products Section

Do I Get A Letter Of Registration?

As soon as you create your ID card the letter of registration will appear in your dashboard in PDF format.

We do not mail hard copies The letter and other documents can be seen here as long as you have created an ID card for your dog.

Can I Print My ID Card?

The Digital ID card is not meant to be printed on paper. It is designed to be displayed in emails.. smart phones..IPads etc. We  have a download function when you are viewing your ID card from your dashboard. We always recommend ordering a physical card.

Why Do I Have Multiple Charges On My Statement

 

The initial form you filled out is for your registration and digital content. The next charge would be for any additional physical products and or services.

Many users click the payment button multiple times resulting in multiple charges. If you have duplicate charges please contact us and we will remove any duplicates.

Can I Make Changes To My Registration & Card?

Yes you can make changes at anytime to your registration & dog ID, (You can not change the dogs name)

Go to “My Dogs” tab and click on Edit on the dog you want to change, You can then remake the card.

Note: This changes the digital version only. If you have an order the order will be changed however if the order has already been processed and want a physical ID  you will need to visit our products section to create a new physical card if you want one.
